DD Performance & Wellness is operated by Declan Barrett Doel and Natalia Croft (“we”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how it is handled.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic of your enquiry and your message. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to provide the support you have asked for. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you have clearly opted in. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have initiated, and, where relevant, performance of a contract.

Who processes it

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Contact form submissions are relayed by FormSubmit (a form-handling service) to our email inbox. Both providers process data on our instructions and under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case your information is retained for the duration of our work together and for a reasonable period afterwards in line with professional and insurance requirements.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To make a request, use the contact form. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
